Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. You will define end-to-end architecture across the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards.

The role requires hands-on expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, FSC, and integration patterns using MuleSoft and REST/SOAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computer/IT/engineering field.
• 10+ years IT experience with 7+ years Salesforce experience.
• Proven experience as Salesforce Architect delivering enterprise-scale implementations.
• Deep expertise across Salesforce Platform, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud and FSC.
• Hands-on knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, and integration capabilities.
• Experience with MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Strong security architecture, data modeling, governance, and DevOps knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Experience leading architecture workshops and translating requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture aligned with business needs.
• Architect solutions across Salesforce Platform and Cloud offerings.
• Map requirements to out-of-the-box capabilities with minimal customization.
• Design scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, and integrations.
• Define enterprise integration using REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, and middleware.
