Cognizant is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The role spans across Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, FSC, and related Cloud offerings.

The position offers a remote work arrangement with eligibility for candidates in the Boston, MA area and emphasizes governance, security, and scalable integration patterns across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years IT experience with at least 7+ years Salesforce experience.
• Proven Salesforce Solution Architect or Lead Architect delivering enterprise-scale implementations.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture aligned with business requirements.
• Architect solutions across Salesforce Platform, Sales/Service/Experience/ FSC Clouds.
• Map Salesforce capabilities to business processes while minimizing customization.
• Design scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Platform Events.
• Define and implement enterprise integration via REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
• Govern Salesforce data architecture, security models, and deployment strategies.
• Lead architecture reviews, design workshops, and provide technical leadership.
