Under Armour, Inc. seeks a Lead Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and scale enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across Service, Experience, and Sales Clouds. You will lead technical architecture, mentor a team, and ensure secure, efficient deployments and integrations.

The role focuses on delivering reliable customer experience solutions, with a strong emphasis on best practices, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's with extensive Salesforce experience.
• 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow.
• Strong experience designing integrations using APIs and middleware.
• Proven track record architecting scalable enterprise solutions.
• Experience leading development efforts in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and integrations.
• Architect scalable custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce features.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and architecture.
• Oversee code quality through reviews, testing strategies, and best practices.
• Drive integration design using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven patterns.
• Mentor developers and promote engineering standards.
• Manage deployments and release processes for stability.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Establish platform governance, security, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
