Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and scale enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud.

You will provide technical leadership across the full development lifecycle, partnering with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable customer experiences. The ideal candidate has 6–8+ years of Salesforce development experience, strong API integrations, and a track record mentoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with extensive Salesforce experience.
• 5 years of Salesforce platform experience.
• Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow.
• Strong experience designing integrations via APIs and middleware.
• Proven track record architecting scalable enterprise solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Experience leading and mentoring in Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and development of Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and related integrations.
• Architect scalable custom solutions using Apex and LWC.
• Collaborate with product owners to translate requirements into designs.
• Oversee code quality, testing strategies, and release practices.
• Drive integration design using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Mentor developers and promote engineering standards.
• Manage deployments and environment stability.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Establish governance and security standards for the platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
