Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and scale enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.

You will provide technical leadership across the full lifecycle, mentor a team, and partner with product owners to deliver secure, scalable customer experience solutions. The role emphasizes integration design, release management, and governance, with a focus on Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud across an array of integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field with substantial Salesforce experience.
• 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow.
• Strong experience with API integrations and middleware.
• Proven track record architecting scalable enterprise solutions.
• Experience leading Dev teams in Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
• Architect scalable custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and platform features.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and architecture.
• Oversee code quality through reviews, tests, and best practices.
• Drive integration design via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Mentor developers and promote engineering standards.
• Manage deployments and release processes across environments.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Establish platform governance, security, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with architecture, QA, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
