Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and scale enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.

You will provide technical leadership across the full development lifecycle, partnering with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, high-quality customer experience solutions. You will mentor a team of developers, drive API integrations using REST/SOAP, oversee deployments, and enforce governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience OR Master's with typically 6 years of relevant experience OR typically 12 years of relevant work experience without degree.
• 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience
• Deep expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow)
• Strong experience designing and implementing integrations using APIs, middleware, and external systems
• Proven experience architecting scalable solutions for complex, enterprise-level business and technical challenges
• Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into structured, high-quality technical solutions
• Proven experience leading development efforts and mentoring teams in an Agile delivery model

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce design across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
• Architect scalable solutions using Apex and LWC.
• Translate business needs into technical designs with stakeholders.
• Oversee code quality and testing strategies.
• Drive API integrations and middleware solutions.
• Mentor developers and enforce engineering standards.
• Manage deployments and release processes across environments.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Establish platform governance, security, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
