Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and scale enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud.

You will provide technical leadership across the full development lifecycle, mentor a team, and ensure secure, scalable integrations. The role requires 5+ years of Salesforce experience, deep Apex/LWC/SOQL/Flow expertise, and strong integration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience or Master’s with 6 years, or 12 years experience without degree.
• 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow.
• Strong experience designing integrations using APIs, middleware, and external systems.
• Proven experience architecting scalable solutions for enterprise-level challenges.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into technical designs.
• Proven experience leading development efforts in an Agile delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and integrations.
• Architect scalable custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce features.
• Partner with product owners to translate requirements into designs.
• Oversee code quality through reviews and testing strategies.
• Drive integration design using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven patterns.
• Mentor developers and enforce engineering standards.
• Manage deployments and release processes across environments.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Establish platform governance, security, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
