Qualifications
- 7+ years Salesforce experience with consulting and senior responsibility for architecture and design.
- Experience leading Discovery, technical assessments, and solution-design workshops.
- Strong client-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead Discovery sessions, technical assessments, and solution-design workshops.
- Translate complex business needs into scalable Salesforce architecture and designs.
- Architect across Salesforce clouds: data models, security, Flow, integrations, reporting, Experience Cloud.
- Review environments and identify concerns; propose practical paths forward.
- Lead client conversations on architecture and decision tradeoffs; mentor teammates.
