Job summary

Sails Software Inc is seeking a dynamic Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of robust Salesforce solutions that meet client needs and improve business processes. You will collaborate with project managers, BAs, and developers to guide technical direction and deliver high-quality solutions.

The role requires extensive Salesforce architecture knowledge, strong communication, and mentoring abilities, with ongoing focus on best practices and performance enhancements across Cloud

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Technical Lead.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security features.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment methodologies and tools such as Jenkins, Change Sets, or ANT.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and tools (e.g., REST, SOAP, Middleware).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Custom Applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and enforce coding standards, best practices, and guidelines for Salesforce development.
• Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews to ensure quality.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.
