Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Salesforce QA Analyst for a 6+ month contract to ensure quality of Salesforce solutions. This role is remote in Illinois and involves test strategy, automation, and collaboration with business teams. You will develop tests from user stories, run end-to-end testing, and drive go/no-go decisions.

The position emphasizes automation, defect analysis, and governance to improve testing coverage and outcomes for Salesforce platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of testing experience with Salesforce Platform
• Expert QA fundamentals
• Automation testing experience on Salesforce
• Performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling)
• Experience with Tosca and Selenium-based suites
• Tosca certification 1&2 preferred
• Strong Agile practices knowledge and Jira
• Knowledge of test management tools (Jira, qTest)
• Basic software development and scripting skills
• Teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead development of test strategies and end-to-end planning
• Oversee test execution and go/no-go decisions with stakeholders
• Develop test cases, scenarios, and scripts from user stories
• Assist teams with test design and automation for various testing types
• Provide test metrics and drive process improvements
• Configure and manage test environments and data
• Train teams on automation and UAT practices
• Governance to ensure adequate test coverage
