Job summary

CloudMasonry is a Salesforce consultancy delivering multi‑cloud solutions to enterprise clients. We are seeking a Project Manager to coordinate projects from start to finish, manage budgets, timelines, and risks, and report to senior leadership.

This fully remote role is open to candidates located in the United States, with typical travel around 25% and occasional increases based on project needs. You will lead cross‑functional teams, drive collaboration, and ensure client objectives are met on

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience managing Salesforce projects.
• Technical background or relevant degree program preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or Vlocity.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
• Travel requirements: 25%–50% depending on client needs.
• Ability to articulate the benefits of the SaaS model.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise system implementation and configuration (Salesforce, SFA, ERP).
• Quick learner with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Leadership potential and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drives customer satisfaction and success by working with CloudMasonry and customer teams.
• Oversees and takes accountability for completion of all project aspects.
• Leads enterprise‑level projects with minimal oversight.
• Facilitates meetings and engages with executive sponsors.
• Leads sales initiatives within areas of expertise.
• Manages cross‑functional teams, removes blockers, enforces best practices.
• Develops and maintains project plans, timelines, and resources.
• Identifies risks and implements mitigation plans with impact assessments.
• Manages budgets, forecasting, and burn rate; communicates status to stakeholders.
