Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to maintain, optimize, and secure a Salesforce environment across North America. This fully remote role focuses on scalable solutions, complex Flows, dashboards, data quality, and user experience to maximize impact.

You will own security, governance, integrations with Sage Intacct and Make, and provide training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Salesforce Administrator certification and hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce including complex Flow automation, configuration, customization, and maintenance.
• Experience with third-party integrations and connected business applications.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data quality, testing, and change management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to train users.
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple remote projects.
• Willing to support a mission-driven organization.

Responsabilités

• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce functionality including complex Flows and dashboards.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions for a quality user experience.
• Manage and audit Salesforce security architecture, roles, profiles, and sharing rules.
• Support integrations with Sage Intacct and Make for cross-platform functionality.
• Lead training sessions, webinars, and workshops to improve Salesforce adoption.
• Drive data quality initiatives with data hygiene processes and training.
• Create and maintain documentation covering configurations, workflows, and procedures.
• Monitor Salesforce releases and propose enhancements aligned with needs.
• Provide ongoing technical support and manage competing priorities in a remote setting.
