Jobgether is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to maintain and enhance a Salesforce environment for a mission-driven organization. This fully remote role supports teams across North America, focusing on data quality, security, and governance.

You will design scalable solutions, automate complex workflows, and own documentation and training to boost user proficiency. A Bachelor’s degree and Salesforce Admin cert are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Salesforce Admin certification is required with hands-on Admin work.
• Advanced Flow automation and platform maintenance skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce features and dashboards.
• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Manage Salesforce security: roles, profiles, permissions, sharing.
• Support third-party integrations and cross-system functionality.
• Lead training sessions to improve Salesforce adoption.
• Improve data quality and governance processes.
• Create documentation for configurations and procedures.
• Monitor releases and recommend beneficial features.
• Provide ongoing support and manage priorities.
