Jobgether is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Administrator to maintain and optimize a Salesforce environment supporting a mission-driven organization. You will design scalable solutions, automate complex workflows, and ensure data quality, security, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and Salesforce Administrator certification required.
• Strong knowledge of Flow automation, security, data quality, and change management.
• Experience supporting third‑party integrations and connected apps.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce functionality including Flows and dashboards.
• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and intuitive UX.
• Manage security architecture: roles, profiles, permission sets, OWODs.
• Support integrations with Sage Intacct and external systems.
• Lead training sessions and improve Salesforce adoption across North America.
• Drive data quality initiatives and document configurations and procedures.
• Monitor Salesforce releases and propose feature enhancements.
• Provide ongoing technical support and prioritize workload.
