Job summary

Seagull Software, LLC seeks an experienced Salesforce Operations Manager to lead administration, governance, and change management across the Salesforce ecosystem. You will support users, troubleshoot issues, and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

You will own platform roadmaps, partner with stakeholders, and oversee data quality, integrations with Zendesk, Marketo, MuleSoft and JIRA. A strong training program will be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Admin Certification required.
• 5+ years of Salesforce admin/management experience.
• Strong communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced Excel and data loading skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Salesforce operations and user support.
• Gather requirements and translate into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Oversee data quality, rules, and automation.
• Develop platform roadmaps and communicate changes to users.
• Train and onboard Salesforce users across teams.
