Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Salesforce nCino Developer to design, develop, and implement banking and lending solutions on the Salesforce and nCino platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on nCino BOS experience, Apex, LWC, and API integrations within a banking context.

The role is remote and open to qualified applicants in the United States, with opportunities to collaborate across Agile teams and participate in CI/CD release processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce platform development experience.
• 2+ years of nCino implementation and development experience.
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Salesforce Flow
• SOQL/SOSL
• Salesforce Security Model
• Integration patterns and APIs
• Experience with DevOps and deployment tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Flosum, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of banking, lending, and financial services processes.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce and nCino platforms.
• Configure and customize nCino modules, including:
• Commercial Lending
• Retail Banking
• Loan Origination
• Customer Engagement
• Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and Salesforce Flows.
• Build and support integrations with third‑party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment activities, and production support.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce and nCino best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Salesforce and nCino applications.
• Support release management and CI/CD deployment processes.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
