Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Salesforce nCino Developer to design, build, and implement banking and lending solutions on Salesforce and the nCino BOS. You will work on integrations, governance, and security while supporting Agile delivery with cross-functional teams.

The role offers a flexible remote work model with opportunities to collaborate with global teams. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Salesforce, 2+ years in nCino, and strong DevOps experience in deployment pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform development experience.
• 2+ years of nCino implementation and development experience.
• Proficiency with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience with SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce security model.
• Experience building integrations via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with DevOps and deployment tools (Git, Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Flosum).
• Strong banking, lending, and financial services domain knowledge.
• Agile/Scrum experience and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce and nCino solutions.
• Configure and customize nCino modules: Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, Loan Origination, Customer Engagement.
• Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
• Build and support integrations with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with analysts and architects to deliver technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce and nCino best practices and security policies.
• Troubleshoot issues across Salesforce and nCino applications; support CI/CD processes.
