Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Salesforce nCino Developer to design, develop, and implement banking and lending solutions on Salesforce and nCino. You will work on Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations while aligning with security and governance standards.

This remote role is open to qualified applicants in the United States, with collaboration across Business Analysts and Solution Architects in an Agile environment. Strong banking domain knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform development experience.
• 2+ years of nCino implementation and development experience.
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Integration patterns and APIs
• Experience with DevOps and deployment tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Flosum, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of banking, lending, and financial services processes.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce and nCino platforms.
• Configure and customize nCino modules (Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, Loan Origination, Customer Engagement).
• Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
• Build and support integrations with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce and nCino best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Salesforce and nCino applications.
• Support release management and CI/CD deployment processes.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
