Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Salesforce nCino Developer to design, develop, and implement banking and lending solutions on Salesforce and nCino. You will work on BOS, integrations, and banking processes, with a strong emphasis on scalable architecture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform development experience.
• 2+ years of nCino implementation and development experience.
• Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
• SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce Security Model knowledge.
• Experience with integration patterns and APIs.
• Experience with DevOps and deployment tools (Git, Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Flosum).
• Strong understanding of banking, lending, and financial services processes.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce/nCino solutions.
• Configure and customize nCino modules (Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, Loan Origination, Customer Engagement).
• Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
• Build and support REST/SOAP API integrations with third-party systems.
• Collaborate with analysts and architects to deliver technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment activities, and production support.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce/nCino best practices, security standards, and governance.
• Troubleshoot issues and support CI/CD deployment processes.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and technical discussions.
