Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Salesforce nCino Developer to design, develop, and implement banking and lending solutions on the Salesforce and nCino platforms. The candidate will have strong SFDC development skills, hands‑on nCino BOS experience, and a solid understanding of banking processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce platform development experience.
• 2+ years of nCino implementation and development experience.
• Apex development experience.
• Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Salesforce Flow usage.
• SOQL/SOSL knowledge.
• Salesforce Security Model understanding.
• Integration patterns and APIs experience.
• Experience with DevOps and deployment tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce and nCino platforms.
• Configure and customize nCino modules (Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, Loan Origination, Customer Engagement).
• Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce pages, and Salesforce Flows.
• Build and support integrations with third‑party systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment activities, and production support.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce and nCino best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Salesforce and nCino apps.
• Support release management and CI/CD deployment processes.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
