Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Salesforce nCino Developer to design, develop, and implement banking and lending solutions on the Salesforce and nCino platforms. The role requires hands-on Salesforce development, nCino BOS experience, and strong integration skills.

Remote position open to qualified applicants in the US. The candidate will work with cross-functional teams and participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and CI/CD deployments while adhering to security and governance

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• 2+ years nCino implementation and development experience.
• Apex development experience.
• Lightning Web Components (LWC) experience.
• Salesforce Flow experience.
• SOQL/SOSL experience.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Security Model.
• Experience with APIs and integrations.
• DevOps tool experience (Git, Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Flosum).
• Strong banking and lending domain understanding.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce and nCino platforms.
• Configure and customize nCino modules (Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, Loan Origination, Customer Engagement).
• Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
• Build and support integrations with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with BAs, Solution Architects, and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment activities, and production support.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce and nCino best practices, security standards, and governance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Salesforce and nCino apps.
• Support release management and CI/CD deployment processes.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
