Job summary

Remote Talent LATAM is seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next Project Manager to lead marketing automation implementations and migrations for LATAM-based clients. The role blends project management, client relationship management, and functional expertise in MC Next and Data 360.

You will guide design discussions, conduct discovery, and perform hands-on configuration when needed, while coordinating cross-functional teams across 10–20 concurrent projects and ensuring on-time,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a dedicated project management role focusing on Salesforce implementations.
• Direct, hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next.
• Strong functional understanding of MC Next: audience segmentation, campaigns, automation, journeys.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Data 360: data management, segmentation, activation.
• Experience leading marketing automation implementations and migrations involving Salesforce MC or third-party platforms.
• Ability to lead functional solution design discussions and perform hands-on MC Next configuration when needed.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent Salesforce implementations in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and MC Next integration with CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next implementations and migrations; be the primary client contact.
• Advise on best practices; guide discussions on segmentation, campaigns, automation, and journeys.
• Develop and execute project plans for 10–20 concurrent projects; manage milestones and timelines.
• Review statements of work; ensure on-time delivery within budget; assess out-of-scope requests.
• Lead discovery sessions; translate requirements into functional specs and user stories for admins and tech team.
• Guide implementation and perform hands-on configuration for audience segmentation, campaigns, automations, and journeys.
• Coordinate Data 360 discussions and work with tech to address integration needs.
• Lead migrations from existing platforms to Marketing Cloud Next; coordinate discovery, data prep, config, testing, readiness.
• Coordinate testing, training, and go-live; ensure clients are prepared to use the new environments successfully.
