Job summary

Cloud for Good is seeking a Marketing Cloud Consultant to lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations for nonprofit, higher education, financial services and public sector organizations. You will guide clients from discovery through launch and help their teams run their systems with confidence.

This is a client-facing, fully remote role. Strong consulting skills, hands-on MC engagement experience, and the ability to translate business goals into technical designs are essential for delivering

Qualifications

• 2-4 years hands-on Marketing Cloud Engagement experience
• At least one Marketing Cloud certification
• Experience consulting on Salesforce implementations
• Strong SQL, AMPscript and HTML/CSS
• Understanding of email deliverability and privacy rules
• Track record configuring Salesforce/Marketing Cloud to best practices
• Strong workshops, requirements gathering, and time management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead Marketing Cloud implementation projects from discovery through launch
• Turn business goals into solution designs, user stories and implementation plans
• Configure, build, test and deploy Marketing Cloud solutions: data extensions, journeys, automations, emails, integrations
• Connect Marketing Cloud to Salesforce CRM incl. Nonprofit/Education/Financial/Public Sector Clouds
• Work with project managers, architects, developers, and client teams to deliver on time and within budget
• Train client staff and write clear documentation
• Recommend improvements after launch using campaign results and opportunities
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Marketing Cloud releases (Next, Data 360, Agentforce)
• Demonstrate commitment to customer satisfaction
