Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing Marketing Cloud Engagement, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and data extensions.
• Working knowledge of SQL and AMPscript.
• Experience with or knowledgeable about Marketing Cloud Next. Earn the Marketing Cloud Next certifications after joining.
• Previous experience as an Implementation Consultant, Business Analyst, Solution Architect, or Systems Consultant.
• Experience leading client-facing discovery, solution design, and project delivery from kickoff to go-live.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM data model and Marketing Cloud integration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engagement from kickoff to go-live, managing scope, timeline, and budget.
• Lead discovery and sessions with marketing, sales, operations, and technical stakeholders.
• Design solution architectures across Marketing Cloud Engagement and Marketing Cloud Next.
• Oversee build, QA, and enablement sessions; support go-live and adoption.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to pre-sales conversations and statements of work.
