Job summary

Integrated Media Group is seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next Project Manager to lead marketing automation implementations and migrations for our clients. You will serve as the primary client partner, combining strong project management skills with functional expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next and Data 360.

You will own the client relationship, guide solution design, manage project scope and timelines, and collaborate with technical resources to deliver solutions

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a dedicated project management role focused on Salesforce implementations
• Direct, hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next
• Strong functional understanding of Marketing Cloud Next: audience segmentation, campaign management, marketing automation, and customer journeys
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Data 360, including customer data management, segmentation, and data activation
• Ability to lead functional solution design and perform hands-on Marketing Cloud Next configuration when needed
• Experience managing marketing automation implementations and migrations from Salesforce Marketing Cloud products or third-party platforms
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent Salesforce implementations in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Strong understanding of how Marketing Cloud Next integrates with Salesforce CRM and related technologies
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders
• Self-driven, with a track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and with high client satisfaction
• Clear Communication: Explain client needs and technical concepts clearly, in writing and verbally, while managing stakeholder expectations
• Functional & Technical Confidence: Use Marketing Cloud Next and Data 360 expertise to guide solution design, make sound implementation decisions, and configure the platform when needed
• Independent Problem Solving: Spot challenges, recommend practical solutions, and resolve issues with minimal supervision
• Ownership & Accountability: Manage multiple client engagements, keep projects moving, and take responsibility for successful delivery
• Collaborative Mindset: Work closely with Salesforce Administrators, technical resources, and teammates in a supportive, growth-oriented team

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next implementations and migrations.
• Guide clients on Marketing Cloud Next best practices, recommend solutions, and lead solution design discussions.
• Build and run project plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables for 10–20 open projects.
• Review statements of work with clients and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Lead discovery sessions to capture business requirements, marketing processes, data needs, and automation goals.
• Guide functional implementation and perform hands-on configuration when needed.
• Apply knowledge of Data 360 to discuss data activation and integration needs.
• Lead migrations from existing Salesforce Marketing Cloud products and third-party platforms.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, client training, and go-live.
