Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 0-3 years of relevant professional experience; 0 years of experience within the scope of the contract required
• Familiarity with software engineering practices, design techniques, and tools
• Current Tier 2 Security Clearance required at time of engagement

Responsibilities

• Design systems and programs to meet Salesforce integration needs
• Code, test, debug, and document integration programs
• Prepare specifications for integration development
• Ensure programs meet standards and IT governance requirements
• Analyze information from Salesforce and contact center systems
• Support cost estimation and scheduling for development
• Coordinate with management for problem resolution and client satisfaction
• Support UAT and go-live activities
• Attend meetings as required
