Job summary

M&S Consulting seeks a Senior Software Developer / Manager to own the SDLC for an automated Salesforce-based contact center solution, including requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment. You will serve as the primary Salesforce technical authority for the Blanket Purchase Agreement and lead Agentforce implementation and platform security.

The role requires Salesforce certifications, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with government and prime stakeholders on

Qualifications

Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (current).
Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certification (current).
Certification level pre-approval must be submitted and approved before coding.
Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, or computer science.
Public Trust Low Risk suitability or ability to obtain at award.
Minimum five years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

Own the full SDLC for the automated contact center on Salesforce.
Serve as the primary Salesforce technical contact and design authority for the contract.
Lead Agentforce implementation, testing, and guardrails per contract requirements.
Own release pipeline and quality gates; ensure client pre-approval before coding.
Perform systems analysis of Salesforce, integration, and networking; evaluate tools.
Lead Salesforce transition workstream and security control ownership.
Design/integrate across Service Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, Open CTI, Genesys Cloud CX, Box, MuleSoft.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, code reviews, and cross-stakeholder collaboration.
