Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0–3 years of relevant professional experience; 0 years of experience within the scope of the contract required.
• Familiarity with software engineering practices, design techniques, and tools.
• Current Tier 2 Security Clearance required at time of engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design systems and programs to meet complex Salesforce integration business needs.
• Code, test, debug, implement, and document moderately complex software programs supporting contact center integration requirements.
• Prepare detailed specifications from which integration programs are developed and coded.
• Ensure programs meet standards, technical specifications, and applicable IT governance requirements.
• Perform technical analysis and component delivery across integration workstreams.
• Analyze and gather information from existing Salesforce and contact center systems.
• Support software development cost estimation and schedule planning.
• Explore new technologies and design approaches to address integration requirements.
• Coordinate with the management team to ensure problem resolution and client satisfaction.
• Complete tasks within estimated timeframes and budget constraints.
• Support UAT and go-live activities.
• Attend scheduled and ad hoc meetings as required.
