This individual will play a key role in architecting, optimizing, and scaling the organization’s CRM ecosystem. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, excels in technical problem-solving, and enjoys collaborating across functions to deliver high-impact solutions.## **What You’ll Do*** Lead the definition, architecture, implementation, and ongoing development of the organization’s Salesforce CRM environment.* Work closely with sales and customer support teams to improve Salesforce usability, troubleshoot operational issues, and enhance workflows.* Partner with software engineering teams to ensure seamless integrations between Salesforce and other internal systems.* Own end-to-end delivery quality—code, testing, integration, deployment, and support.* Drive simplification, demonstrating innovation, creativity, and strong judgment when addressing challenging technical problems.* Serve as a subject-matter expert on Salesforce architecture and best practices; advise technical and business stakeholders on trade-offs and long-term decisions.* Mentor team members and contribute to the broader technical community regarding advanced Salesforce topics.## **What You Bring*** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent practical experience.* 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience.* 3+ years of programming experience with **Apex**, **Lightning Web Components (LWC)**, and **Visualforce**.* 2+ years of experience with **Sales Cloud**, **Marketing Cloud**, and **Service Cloud**.* 2+ years working with Git or similar version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.* Experience creating dashboards and reports in Salesforce.* Familiarity with in-app/web messaging features.* Experience implementing CTI integrations (Amazon Connect experience a plus).* Experience implementing case automation and Omnichannel.* Familiarity with core Salesforce admin tasks.In addition to base pay, we also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs – 401k match, annual bonus and company equity, based on eligibility, alongApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to financially sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for this opportunity currently.
