Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
4+ years of relevant professional experience with Salesforce integration
Current Tier 2 Security Clearance required at time of engagement
Proficiency in Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and APIs
Reliable, private, secure remote work setup with hardwired internet connection

Responsibilities

Develop, test, debug, implement, and document moderately complex Salesforce integration programs
Develop and prototype solutions supporting Salesforce integration with the cloud-based contact center platform, including IVR and Knowledge Management systems
Support CTI integration to display caller-relevant information and enable screen pop functionality in the CRM
Research and analyze existing systems and program requirements
Resolve production support problems independently
Create interfaces for data capture, table population, and application code development
Conduct quality assurance activities including peer reviews
Support UAT and go-live activities
Attend scheduled and ad hoc meetings as required
Adhere to established milestones and project deadlines
