The Leadership Agency Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Development Engineer II to support and scale its CRM ecosystem. This remote, US-based role focuses on architecting, optimizing, and extending Salesforce across sales, service, and marketing clouds.

You will own end-to-end delivery, mentor peers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact Salesforce solutions. The position requires 4+ years of Salesforce experience and strong Apex, LWC, and Visualforce skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/MIS
• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience
• 3+ years of programming with Apex, LWC, and Visualforce
• 2+ years of experience with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud
• 2+ years working with Git or similar version control systems and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience creating dashboards and reports in Salesforce
• Familiarity with in-app/web messaging features
• Experience implementing CTI integrations (Amazon Connect a plus)
• Experience implementing case automation and Omnichannel
• Familiarity with core Salesforce admin tasks
