Inspira Financial Trust, LLC is seeking a Software Engineer II to join our Salesforce Platform Engineering team. This hands-on role focuses on delivering scalable Salesforce solutions across the full delivery lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, Stakeholders, Architects, and Engineers to design, build, test, deploy, and support enterprise Salesforce capabilities powering Inspira Financial.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong understanding of Apex, LWC, Flows, and declarative tools
• Experience designing secure integrations using REST and SOAP

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows
• Build and maintain secure integrations with internal/external systems via REST/SOAP
• Collaborate with product owners and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Contribute to Salesforce architecture with focus on scalability, performance, and security
• Support platform modernization initiatives including Lightning Experience enhancements
• Participate in design reviews and promote engineering excellence
• Use Git, Copado, and Salesforce DX for automated deployments and releases
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis

Job description

We are seeking a Software Engineer II to join our Salesforce Platform Engineering team. This role is ideal for a hands-on Salesforce developer who enjoys solving business problems through scalable technical solutions and wants to contribute across the full software delivery lifecycle.

You will partner closely with Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, Architects, and fellow Engineers to design, build, test, deploy, and support enterprise Salesforce solutions that power critical business capabilities throughout Inspira Financial.

The ideal candidate possesses strong Salesforce platform expertise , modern development practices, integration experience, and a passion for continuous improvement. This individual should be comfortable owning solutions from design through production support while helping drive engineering best practices across the team.

This position reports to the Director of Application Development & Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative capabilities.
• Build and maintain secure, reliable integrations between Salesforce and internal/external enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, event-driven patterns, and middleware technologies.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to the design and evolution of Salesforce architecture with a focus on scalability, maintainability, performance, and security.
• Support Salesforce platform modernization initiatives including Lightning Experience enhancements, OmniStudio capabilities, and emerging Salesforce technologies.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design reviews, and architectural discussions to promote engineering excellence and knowledge sharing.
• Utilize Git-based source control and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Salesforce DX, and related DevOps technologies to support automated deployments and release management.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and operational procedures.
• Continuously evaluate new Salesforce platform capabilities and industry best practices to recommend improvements and innovation opportunities.
