Job summary

TriWest Healthcare Alliance seeks a Salesforce Health Cloud Architect to oversee the design and blueprint for the Salesforce Health Cloud platform, architecture, and integration, translating business requirements into technical solutions. Collaborates with development teams, administrators and vendors to provide expert direction and leadership on complex technical concepts.

The role maintains awareness of current Salesforce Health Cloud technologies, security requirements, and IT solution

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field with courses in programming and database systems or equivalent experience.
U.S. Citizenship required for role.
Must be able to receive a favorable Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense background investigation.
7+ years general application development and support experience.
5 years’ hands on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud.
5 years’ experience with a Salesforce DevOps toolset and CI/CD practices.
2 years’ experience leading technical project teams.
Experience with JavaScript, Flows, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOAP, REST.
Experience working in an agile environment using Jira or similar solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Serves as a bridge between strategy and Salesforce Health Cloud solution execution.
Interface with business representatives and vendors to understand the needs of the business.
Responsible for the development of complex technology solutions; mapping the business requirements to system/technical requirements to ensure they are in line with the enterprise architectural plans.
Leads planning and direction of Salesforce modifications with admins and development teams.
Investigates and recommends new tools and applications in support of business needs.
Oversees UI and workflow design based on business needs.
Analyzes and designs solutions for multiple system interfaces and data integration services.
