Job summary

Apex Systems is seeking an IT Business Analyst III in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) to partner with the Digital CRM Product Team and stakeholders to capture and deliver business and system requirements for the Global Banking CRM (Salesforce).

You will work onsite three days per week, applying Agile/Scrum practices and coordinating with management and on/offsite developers to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent.
• 5+ years development experience with Salesforce Lightning.
• Experience with Apex, Force.com, .Net, Java, and SOA.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud integration.
• Familiarity with data warehouses and ETL; Jira experience.
