Job summary

Rithum is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to own and optimize the platforms powering our Brands and Retailers services, including Salesforce, Gainsight, and Pendo. You will serve as the single technical owner across tools, ensure data health, enable AI-driven workflows, and support Client Success, Onboarding, and Services teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience administering Salesforce and Gainsight.
• Configuring enterprise applications, automation, permissions, integrations, and data management.
• Experience supporting APIs, data synchronization, and cross-platform dependencies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data quality focus.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while supporting multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) to improve productivity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce for Services in the Brands and Retailers org, including configuration, automation, permissions, and deployments.
• Coordinate releases with central Salesforce and IT teams.
• Configure AI capabilities and case workflows.
• Translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions.
• Administer Gainsight, health scoring, automation, dashboards, and reporting.
• Maintain Salesforce-Gainsight integrations and data sync across platforms.
• Administer Pendo configurations, guides, permissions, and adoption analysis.
• Ensure data consistency and troubleshoot cross-platform issues.
