We are hiring a Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our delivery team. This is a hands-on, client-facing role—own configuration and light development across multiple client orgs, translate business requirements into working solutions, and represent

Qualifications

6+ years of Salesforce experience across consulting, admin, developer, or BA roles.
4+ years of client-facing consulting experience with ownership over project quality and delivery.
Strong Flow skills for designing and building complex automations.
Strong working knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Mastery of core Salesforce data model and security model.
Experience delivering for multiple client orgs concurrently.
Prior experience at a Salesforce consulting partner.
English (C1/C2) proficiency.
Salesforce Administrator certification plus related certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant).

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Salesforce across multiple client orgs, spanning Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Design and build automation with Flow, Apex, or similar tools to meet client business requirements.
Own the data model, security model, and configuration on your assigned engagements.
Participate in client-facing calls: requirements gathering, demos, status updates, and troubleshooting.
Document solutions and configuration decisions for internal and client-facing purposes.
Collaborate with US-based delivery, architecture, and sales staff across engagements.
Where needed, extend the platform with Apex or Lightning Web Components.
