ShellBlack is a remote Salesforce consulting firm seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to solve client business problems through discovery, design, and hands-on configuration on the Salesforce platform.

You'll lead discovery conversations, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and own end-to-end delivery while collaborating with a connected team across engagements. This role is fully remote for US-based professionals.

Formación

• Salesforce consulting experience in a client-facing setting.
• Hands-on design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• At least 2 Salesforce certifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work through ambiguity independently.
• Good judgment on when to escalate or involve teammates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Accountability for deadlines and client outcomes.
• Proven track record of learning new technologies and taking initiative.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; US work authorization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client discovery conversations to understand processes and outcomes.
• Translate needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design, configure, automate, test, and implement Salesforce solutions.
• Partner on data migrations with field mappings and data validation.
• Evaluate requirements to identify the right solution.
• Own client work from discovery through delivery.
• Manage project priorities, timelines, budgets, and scope with independence.
• Communicate progress, risks, budgets, and next steps with clients.
• Develop estimates, recommendations, and release plans.
• Troubleshoot problems and use resources to reach solutions.
• Document work clearly for clients and consultants.
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to team culture.
