Job summary

Offprem Technology in the United States is seeking a Salesforce Solution Consultant to support CRM Core and FSC/Financial Services Cloud initiatives across client engagements. You will translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and provide technical guidance.

The role requires 1–3+ years hands-on Salesforce experience, strong core platform expertise, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, data modeling, automation, reporting, and integration concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience translating business needs into scalable Salesforce configurations.
• Hands-on Salesforce design and delivery in consulting environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution discovery and technical design across Salesforce clouds.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Guide design sessions and align stakeholders through projects.
• Deliver fixed-scope or rapid implementation projects.
• Collaborate with internal and external clients and mentor teammates.
