Job summary

Simplus is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect for Financial Services Cloud to lead technical design and implementation across client engagements. You will guide solution architecture, ensure best practices, and drive successful deployments in a hybrid/remote US setting.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of Salesforce development, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership position.
• Deep knowledge of Financial Services Cloud with hands-on project experience.
• Strong background in design and development of enterprise systems.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience with Apex, SOQL, XML, JavaScript; Salesforce developer toolkit experience is a plus.
• Experience with Classic and Lightning.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design sessions and produce solution documentation aligned with business objectives.
• Implement Salesforce solutions following platform best practices and perform complex data migrations.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define requirements and development strategy for each engagement in a hybrid model.
• Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of Salesforce implementations.
• Champion coding standards and lead code reviews to ensure proper design patterns.
