Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Salesforce Senior Solutions Architect for Salesforce Field Service to lead end-to-end service transformations in the United States, with remote work options.

You will run discovery, design end-to-end Field Service solutions, guide integrations with ERP and CRM systems, mentor delivery teams, and ensure security, scalability, and high performance across scheduling, asset management, and dispatcher workflows in a remote-friendly consulting delivery model.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Field Service Consultant certifications or equivalent hands-on expertise.
• 5+ years of consulting experience implementing Salesforce Field Service for complex operations.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, data modeling, security, automation, reporting, scalability, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to understand service processes and pain points.
• Design end-to-end Salesforce Field Service solutions including scheduling, inventory, and updates.
• Translate business needs into architectures, backlogs, and acceptance criteria.
• Advise on configuration decisions balancing short-term needs and long-term maintainability.
• Guide integrations between Salesforce Field Service and CRM/ERP/inventory systems.
• Provide architectural guidance on security, data migration, and platform performance.
• Support UAT with test scenarios and issue triage.
• Oversee deployment, change management, and post-launch support.
• Collaborate with distributed Agile teams to deliver on time and budget.
