Job summary

ICF is seeking a strong technical leader for a Salesforce Digital Transformation Center (DTC). This remote role, preference for East Coast candidates, will manage a multi-org Salesforce environment and lead a team of architects and admins to deliver mission-critical applications for a federal client.

Responsibilities include overseeing DTC operations, directing issue resolution, and guiding the technical roadmap, governance, and release management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience leading large IT projects.
• 3+ years leading Salesforce projects in a client-facing role.
• Active Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
• 3+ years coordinating deployments and managing CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce and GitHub.
• 1+ years of experience providing complex cost allocations and reporting for cloud usage, licensing, and labor.
• Must be a US Citizenship or Permanent Resident due to federal contract requirements.
• Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee DTC operations and service delivery for the Salesforce center.
• Direct the team of Salesforce architects, administrators, and security specialists.
• Lead client-facing activities, presales support, and governance reviews.
• Manage release calendars, platform licensing, and CI/CD processes.
• Coordinate onboarding of new DTC customer teams and ongoing operations.
