This full-time, remote role requires hands-on SDLC leadership, license management, performance optimization, and knowledge transfer to client staff, focusing on high availability and scalable, secure solutions for government-grade clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in last 10 as technical lead/architect for integrated IT solutions with 5,000+ users and 5M+ data records.
• 3+ years leading a team of 5+ FTE.
• 3+ years as Salesforce developer implementing Apex, LWCs, SOQL, SOSL, REST APIs, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred; ITIL cert; Salesforce certifications.
• Must provide client references upon request and have verifiable project experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical solution design, development leadership, integration strategy, and SDLC across Salesforce orgs.
• Manage maintenance, proactive monitoring, performance tuning, and incident response within SLAs.
• Maintain integrations with external systems ensuring data flow and interoperability.
• Lead knowledge transfer activities to equip client staff with essential skills.
• Procure and manage Salesforce licenses aligned with system requirements and user needs.
