Qualifications

• Public Trust or Active Secret clearance required; U.S. citizenship required.
• Residence in the U.S. and authorization to work in the U.S.
• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components).
• 3+ years experience delivering Salesforce solutions in an Agile environment.
• 1+ years with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
• Active Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I or II.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support Salesforce-based solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and related Salesforce technologies.
• Implement and customize Salesforce capabilities to support business processes, case management, workflows, portals, reporting, automation, and stakeholder engagement needs.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop, test, and maintain integrations with external systems, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange in alignment with federal standards.
• Support data migration activities from legacy systems, including data mapping, transformation, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code following Salesforce development best practices and security requirements.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets, profiles, sharing rules, reports, dashboards, and related components.
• Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, deployment notes, interface specifications, and materials needed for reviews or compliance.
