Job summary

ICF is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator / Release Engineer to support a large-scale federal Salesforce environment. This remote-friendly role combines hands-on administration with release coordination across multiple environments and teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator in large production orgs, plus 3+ years in DevOps and release management. U.S. citizenship and an active or eligible public trust/DoD clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator for large production orgs.
• 3+ years of hands-on DevOps practices including release management and deployment automation.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.
• Public Trust clearance/suitability or active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Residence in the U.S. and ability to work in the U.S. with in-country employment.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support Salesforce applications in a secure federal cloud environment.
• Manage users, roles, profiles, and other access configurations across environments.
• Coordinate, schedule, validate, and execute Salesforce releases and deployments.
• Support sandbox management and production change control along with post-deployment validation.
• Create and maintain release artifacts, runbooks, and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot release, deployment, and production issues in a timely manner.
• Support incident response and hotfix activities as needed.
