Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a dedicated Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement robust Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other critical business systems while protecting patient data.

You will work with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flow, and API integrations (REST/SOAP), collaborate with stakeholders, and participate in Agile/Scrum teams to deliver secure, scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years hands-on Salesforce Developer experience.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and JavaScript skills.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flow).
• Implement declarative customizations such as objects, fields, validation, Flows and Apex.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST, SOAP APIs.
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity within Salesforce.
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines for patient data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing maintenance for Salesforce.
• Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and improvements.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environment with sprint planning and stand-ups.
