Job summary

ICF is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design and build scalable solutions in an Agile SCRUM environment, collaborating with Architects and Business Analysts. You will lead integrations using APIs, manage data migrations, and develop with Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components.

This position is fully remote within the United States, with occasional travel to the Washington, D.C. office and must align with US Eastern time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and its standard framework components.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce development tools and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust and be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure Salesforce-based solutions meeting government requirements.
• Configure and extend Salesforce Public Sector Solutions for grants management, case management, and stakeholder communications.
• Develop accessible Salesforce experiences aligned with Section 508 and WCAG standards.
• Collaborate with analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions and user stories.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Support data migration from legacy systems with mapping, transformation, and validation.
• Write clean, well-documented code following Salesforce best practices and security standards.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and regression tests.
• Create technical documentation for deliverables and cybersecurity requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance for long-term support.
• Assist in user training and ensure features are user-friendly.
