Job summary

Pan American Health Organization is seeking a Salesforce Developer Consultant to maintain and evolve the Agentforce IT Service platform, collaborating with IT Operations and PAHO departments. The role is delivery-focused, hands-on, and reports to the Advisor, IT Operations.

The consultant will work in a remote/off-site capacity with core hours overlapping Washington, D.C. business hours, for an initial 6-month period with potential extension, and a daily rate basis in USD.

Qualifications

• University degree in CS or related field.
• 3+ years developing Salesforce solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce security.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, enterprise integrations, production support.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver by deadlines.
• Agentforce experience not required; knowledge of ITSM/Agentforce is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage daily task queue with scope, priority, and due dates.
• Configure and maintain Agentforce IT Service and Salesforce capabilities.
• Develop integrations with PAHO systems using APIs and secure authentication.
• Ensure security, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
• Document designs, configurations, and provide knowledge-transfer sessions.
