Qualifications

• At least three years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage the task backlog with clear scope and due dates.
• Configure and maintain Agentforce IT Service and Salesforce capabilities.
• Develop integrations with PAHO systems and ensure security and compliance.
• Prepare monthly activity reports and maintain documentation.
