Job summary

DealerOn, Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to administer, configure, and customize the Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and more. The role blends declarative work with Apex/LWC development to deliver scalable solutions.

You will partner with business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize processes, integrations, and data governance while ensuring security and performance. This is a mid-level remote position in the United States.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/MIS or related field.
Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator certs.
5+ years in Salesforce Admin/Development with Flows, Visualforce, Apex, APIs.
Strong ability to partner with stakeholders to meet objectives.
Balance declarative configuration with custom development.

Responsibilities

Administer day-to-day health, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce.
Configure objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, profiles, sharing rules.
Manage user provisioning, security, and data governance.
Develop integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and external SaaS apps.
Create reports and dashboards to support decision making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design, testing, and deployment.
