Job summary

Coastal is seeking a Project Manager II to lead delivery teams across multiple client engagements within Salesforce projects. You will drive performance, manage budgets, and maintain client relationships to ensure value delivery and satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years’ Salesforce project leadership, active administration certification, and proven ability to handle multi-workstream projects with clear accountability. Remote-friendly with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of full life-cycle Salesforce implementation experience as Project Manager.
• Strong client management and communication skills with high-level stakeholders.
• Active Salesforce Administrator or equivalent certification required.
• Ability to manage multiple mid to large projects with several workstreams in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery team and motivate high performance.
• Clarify each team member’s role and delegated tasks.
• Mentor and delegate to team members for success.
• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Assess and mitigate risks, adjust plans to protect KPIs.
• Communicate risks and issues upwards with stakeholders.
